While hiring an agency to market your business may be out of reach, there are three tried-and-true marketing platforms (that are all free) which will help you grow your company:
1. Websites –Weebly is a wonderful resource to create content-rich, and modern websites. Once you’ve registered, there are many paid functions which will give you access to lots of bells and whistles, but the free functions are all that you need to get started, and establish an online presence for your business. The best part? Almost all templates are mobile-friendly … so you’ll only need to create your website once!
2. Google My Business – Once you’ve finalized your website, create a GMB page! This will help your website populate in Google’s search results more easily, and it’ll make sure your website/business are in front of potential customers.
3. Email – Sending emails, even if it’s only a few times a month can have an incredible impact on your business. Amass a list of your contacts, and then create an account in Mailchimp (it’s free to use). Send emails about new products/services, company updates, etc. and ensure that you’re top-of-mind when your customers may not even be thinking about you.
